The ZW32-12/M630-20 intelligent permanent magnet outdoor bright voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker adopts a box-type sealed structure. It has good sealing performance and is a maintenance-free product. The circuit breaker body can be installed by hoisting or seat installation, which is convenient and flexible. The boundary controller is installed under the circuit breaker and connected to the boundary circuit breaker through an outdoor cable. The power transformer (PT) can be placed side by side with the circuit breaker or above the circuit breaker. The operating mechanism adopts a high-performance monostable permanent magnet mechanism. The permanent magnet operating mechanism eliminates the mechanical devices such as energy storage and locks that are easily damaged by traditional mechanisms, simplifies the structure, and reduces the number of parts by more than 70% compared with traditional mechanisms, greatly improving the reliability and life of the mechanism. In addition, this product can close and open the switch through the manual closing and opening device in the event of a control system failure, so that the line can quickly restore power supply.
ZW32-12 circuit breakers produced by Jiangsu Dantong Electric Co., Ltd. are widely used in urban or rural power grids as sectionalizing switches or tie switches, and are used as outgoing line switches in outdoor substations of rural power distribution systems. They are used for the protection of 10kV systems for breaking and closing negative currents, overload currents and short-circuit currents.
