I. Distribution plan


1. Supply plan


After signing the contract with our company, our company will reasonably store materials, scientifically allocate production lines, flexibly arrange employee working hours, and ensure the timely production of the products of this project according to the contract supply batches and quantities. Regardless of the transportation method adopted by our company, we will ensure the supply of the procurement plan and the necessary transportation capacity to ensure the needs of the tenderer and the quality of delivery.


2. Distribution plan


After the product is produced, small pieces will be self-delivered or delivered by a third-party logistics provider according to the quantity of goods, the distance to the receiving place, and the receiving requirements.


For goods packaging, sturdy and environmentally friendly wooden boxes are used for packaging, and the packaging storage and transportation instructions are fully printed. According to the specific transportation needs, mildew-proof, moisture-proof, salt spray-proof and other protective measures are taken to effectively ensure the safety of the goods and their arrival at the equipment installation site in good condition.


II. After-sales plan


1. Provide long-term technical consulting services


Our company has a dedicated technical department to provide technical consulting services to users without leaking our company's technical secrets. We will provide users with a detailed technical consulting contact method. Customers can provide us with technical consulting services at any time through various flexible communication methods such as telephone, fax, letter and email. Our company will communicate directly with users by phone, email or assign relevant personnel according to specific needs to satisfactorily solve users' problems.


2. Pre-sales technical services


Before the sale, business knowledge training on the principle, installation, commissioning, use and maintenance technology of related equipment can be held free of charge according to user needs.


3. Technical services during sales


Within one week of the signing of the contract, the two parties shall determine the number, time and place of technical liaison meetings. Minutes of each meeting and contact shall be signed by both parties. All technical information and drawings specified shall be provided to the buyer in a timely manner, and the seller shall be obliged to invite the buyer to participate in the technical design review when necessary. In case of major problems, both parties shall study and negotiate and take effective and feasible measures to deal with and solve the problems. If the seller modifies the determined service plan, the buyer shall be notified in writing, and the buyer shall also have the right to make comments. The modified plan can only be implemented after it is determined by both parties. Strictly implement the contract signed by both parties and the meeting minutes and agreements related to it.


4. After-sales technical service


According to needs, provide users with equipment guidance, installation and commissioning services, and send experienced technicians to the construction site for service strictly at the time required by the demander, guide the demander to install, sub-divided and complete trial operation and trial production according to the supplier's technical data and drawings, and be responsible for solving the manufacturing defects found in the installation, commissioning and trial operation of the contract goods. The purpose of our on-site service personnel is to ensure the safety and normal commissioning of the supplied equipment. We send qualified on-site service personnel. If they are not competent for the job, the user has the right to request us to re-select technical personnel without affecting the progress of the project. Provide an on-site service schedule including service personnel during the bidding stage. If this person cannot meet the needs of the project, we will add more people without incurring any fees.


5. Emergency Response Plan


Emergency response during project execution: When Party A's supply organization plan changes or other emergency situations affect the project progress, we will initiate emergency measures, adjust the supply (we have one main and two backup suppliers) and construction plans in a timely manner. When the main supplier cannot meet the supply requirements, we will pick up the goods from the other two backup suppliers, and ensure that the measures do not affect the equipment quality and delivery date. At the same time, our company will inform the tenderer, project department and design institute personnel of the relevant changes in formal forms such as written fax, and report the relevant situation. After obtaining written confirmation from the above personnel, our company will immediately implement emergency measures and plans to ensure the construction period and product quality; after unpacking on site, if there are missing parts, wrong parts, or damaged parts, after feedback from the site, the production dispatch or engineering service department will place a delivery order, and the logistics department will ship according to the delivery. If the goods are damaged due to transportation reasons, the insurance company will compensate (our company's goods have been insured).
