The company's main production equipment includes laser cutting machines, metal processing centers, CNC shearing machines, CNC bending machines, 60-125 ton punching machines, CNC boring and milling machines, CNC drilling machines, mechanical welding hands, wire cutting machines, 100-800 ton hydraulic presses, etc., which can meet the mechanical processing needs of switch boxes, brackets and insulation accessories. The testing equipment includes: lightning impulse tester, temperature rise meter, partial discharge chamber, high-voltage withstand voltage test equipment, voltage transformer tester, volt-ampere characteristic tester, primary and secondary fusion testing equipment, mechanical operation program controller, high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester, etc., to ensure the quality of the switch. At present, the production area covers 12,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 12,480 sets of LW3-12 circuit breakers, 15,600 sets of ZW20-12 circuit breakers, and 18,720 sets of ZW32-12 circuit breakers.
